Camera-Ready Submission

Preparation

Authors of accepted papers should prepare their camera-ready manuscript taking the reviewers' comments into consideration in the electric format (PDF). The paper accepted as "Full paper" should consist of no more than six (6) pages in IEEE style including results, figures and references. The paper exceeding six (6) pages is subject to extra page fees (10,000 JPY per extra page) but should not exceed eight (8) pages. The paper accepted as "Short paper" should consist of no more than four (4) pages in IEEE style including results, figures and references. The paper exceeding four (4) pages is subject to extra page fees (10,000 JPY per extra page) but should not exceed six (6) pages. The prepared PDF file should completely meet the IEEE PDF Specification by means of IEEE PDF eXpress. All papers should be submitted using the submission system Microsoft's Conference Management Toolkit (CMT).

 

For the author(s) of accepted full-paper 

For your paper to be successfully included in the conference proceedings and in the IEEE Xplore, the following MUST be completed:

  1. 1. The paper must be covered by AT LEAST ONE paid registration prior to the camera-ready deadline (in addition to the charge for extra pages if any). 
  2. IEEE Format and PDF compliance - Your camera-ready PDF file must follow the IEEE format AND must pass the IEEE PDF eXpress verification. 
  3. IEEE Copyright release Form - Failure to fill this in very likely results in your paper excluded from the conference proceedings as well as from the IEEE Xplore.

 

For the author(s) of accepted short-paper

For your paper to be successfully included in the conference proceedings, the following MUST be completed:

  1. The paper must be covered by AT LEAST ONE paid registration prior to the camera-ready deadline (in addition to the charge for extra pages if any). 
  2. IEEE Format and PDF compliance - Your camera-ready PDF file must follow the IEEE format AND must pass the IEEE PDF eXpress verification.

 

PDF compliance check

IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service allowing authors to convert their final papers into IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF files (Conversion function) OR to check PDF files, that authors have made themselves, for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).

Proceed to the next step only if your paper has passed the PDF Check and has associated paid registration fee(s). Otherwise, please complete all steps above before proceeding.

 

IEEE Copyright Form

At least one author per accepted full-paper must sign the IEEE Copyright Form in order for that paper to be included in the proceedings and IEEE Xplore. Please use the online IEEE Copyright Form for this purpose in the CMT. For the best management (and the ecological consideration), we strongly encourage this online form.

 

Submission

All papers should be submitted using the CMT. Please enter the following information exactly as appeared on your papers: names of authors, titles, abstracts, and additional questions about presentations. The submission process for the camera-ready paper can be started from the "Edit" link within the "Camera-Ready | Presentations" pane for each paper on the "Author" console in the CMT.
