Registration

At least one of the authors is required to pay a registration fee for the accepted paper.

Each participant is required to pay an appropriate registration fee. A proof (e.g. an official membership certificate and/or a valid student ID) should be prepared for Member and/or Student registration. Otherwise, the non-member fee must be paid.

Registration fees will not be returned for any reasons after Early registration deadline. Any paper without Early registration and the payment will not be included in the proceedings.

One Regular or Student registration covers only one paper. Any paper not covered by any registration will be removed from the proceedings. There will be no further consideration for database indexing and post-conference proceedings.

SCIS&ISIS2022 provides a welcome reception and a banquet for all on-site participants. No extra fees for the reception and the banquet are required.

For on-site participants

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we carry out the following measures. We appreciate your kind cooperation.

  • Measuring body temperature at the entrance
    You are not allowed to enter, if your body temperature is higher than 37.5 °C (99.5 °F).
  • Wearing face mask in the venue
    You are not admitted to the venue, unless you wear a face mask.
  • Frequent hand sterilization
    A hand sanitizer is placed at each session room.
  • Keeping physical distance at the reception area and in session rooms
  • Reduction of the seating capacity of each room and prohibition of standing to watch there
  • Ventilation of session rooms

  • The Member or Student Member means that for the societies listed [HERE].
  • The conference registration fee includes the participation in the conference, one conference digest, one conference proceedings, one welcome reception ticket and one banquet ticket.
  • All participants are required to pay the above registration fee.
