SCIS-ISIS2012 Best Paper Award

The Best Paper Award will be presented to the author(s) of the paper that is considered to make the most significant contribution to the conference. In the prior judgment by Award Committee, three papers have been selected as the nominees for this award. In addition to their regular presentations, these papers will be presented as posters during the Poster Session at 15:05-16:30 on Thursday, November 22nd, 2012All registered conference participants can vote for selection of the award winner during this Poster Session. One winner will be determined according to the prior judgment and the voting. The three nominated papers are as follows:

The Best Application Award will be presented to the author(s) of the paper that is considered to recognize the excellence of technologies (to be) in use. In the prior judgment by Award Committee, six papers have been selected as the nominees for this award. In addition to their regular presentations, these papers will be presented as posters during the Poster Session at 15:05-16:30 on Thursday, November 22nd, 2012All registered conference participants can vote for selection of the award winner during this Poster Session. The Best Student Presentation Award will be presented to student researchers who have made excellent presentations at the conference.

  

IEEE CIS JC Young Researcher Award

The IEEE CIS JC Young Researcher Award is sponsored by the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Japan Chapter. This award will be presented to a few young researchers who have made excellent presentations at the conference. The upper age limit for this award is 35 at the time of paper submission. The award winner must be an IEEE member (IEEE student member) or complete his or her IEEE membership registration.
