We would like to cordially invite you to participate in 2026 Joint 14th International Conference on Soft Computing and Intelligent Systems and 27th International Symposium on Advanced Intelligent Systems (SCIS&ISIS 2026) held in Hachioji, Tokyo, Japan, on November 2 - 5, 2026. SCIS&ISIS 2026 is the flagship international conference of Soft Computing in Asia, that attracts several hundred participants all over the world.

We would like to cordially invite you to submit papers to SCIS&ISIS2026. The submissions will be peer-reviewed in terms of fitness/significance, novelty, completeness, consistency, and presentation. We are planning to apply IEEE Technical Sponsorship. If approved, accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore® subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
